"I painted the background a burgundy yesterday, but when I looked at it today, it was far too pink for me. I decided to redo the canvas by covering it with hand-decorated papers that appeared when I went to my "red" pile. I like how this has come out. It's different for me, in that the line is so defined sort of like a horizon. I struggled with how to break up the space on top, but I ended up with an additional layer of the painted tissue paper. I'm pleased wit this collage, overall. It is available for purchase"
