Topic #40--"Heart" Entry

"I have one of the most wonderful husbands in the world. He is patient, kind, encouraging, loving and much more. He is very encouraging in my art. He calls it my therapy. Art Heals....that is so true. This is a gift I made for him recently to celebrate his birthday.

This is a 6 x 6 wrapped canvas. I used acrylic paint, light molding paste, gel medium, music paper, alphabet rubber stamps, wire, fabric strips, tar gel, nails and a micron ink pen. I'm always looking for something that will write over acrylic paint. The words on the outside say "grow old along with me the best is yet to be" and I hand wrote "I love you today and forever" along the right side of the heart."
